Last year Oasis Concrete replaced 5 or 6 sections of sidewalk that was unsafe because of maple tree roots heaving up sidewalk sections. They were creative in routing the new pavement around roots. I was so impressed because the city was really picky about the replacement, and they did a great job. This year, well, unfortunately sewer line repair work across my stamped concrete patio left a trench that needed to be refilled or replaced. I opted for Oasis to repair the trench and they did a great job matching the stamp pattern to the existing pattern. I am so impressed with their work. Absolutely fantastic experience with Oasis. Clear communication, polite crew, very fair estimate, and the resulting work is gorgeous. And get this, they even started the job a day early! How often does that happen? We had a very old driveway that was crumbling, sinking, and had an abruptly angled slope that some cars could not clear. We also needed retaining walls for a portion of the driveway to hold back the earth. Oasis kept in communication ahead of time for each phase of work as they demoed the existing surface, reshaped the slope, and designed those little details to our liking. I love my new patio and walkways!! I was getting quotes for both paver installations and concrete. I really wanted large, modern rectangular pavers but could not find a source for them anywhere. After reading reviews here, I contacted Oasis, and Maasi was quick to respond and come out for a quote. He was able to create my pavers in any size I wanted, and also match my existing aggregate patio and driveway for the rest of it. I was thrilled, not to mention the price was less than half of what I was quoted for a full paver patio/path installation. Maasi and his crew arrived on time (two days early, in fact!) and made quick work of prepping and framing for the pour, leaving the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. They were all kind and courteous and worked with me on slight changes to my initial layout, adjusting the forms they already had in place. He was also very good at communicating with us on any changes in the work schedule due to weather or other issues. I got a notice from PBOT that a couple of concrete sidewalk squares in front of my house were trip hazards and needed to either be replaced or ground down. I didn't want to risk damaging any roots on a nearby tree by replacing the concrete, so I opted to have the hazards ground down. I found Oasis Concrete as a recommendation from someone on Nextdoor, so I contacted them to get an estimate. Maasi was very responsive and super helpful with getting the permit and grinding down the problem areas within a week. He also followed up with the inspector who noted that one more spot was technically on our property and needed to be ground down as well. Maasi came back the next week and ground that issue down as well. Overall, Maasi made it a painless experience and I'd recommend them to anyone needing their sidewalk ground down. We needed a new concrete pad installed for a new structure we are installing in in the backyard. The back yard was a bit of a mess as I looked for a way to dispose of the old structure I had demo'd.
